Potential attorney candidates should be prepared to take on a wide array of duties including researching cases, interviewing witnesses, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions and pleadings, and investigating and developing defenses. Attorneys will appear in court for dockets and trials. Travel may be required for court appearances and depositions. Applicants should be admitted to the bar in Missouri and/or Illinois or be able to acquire licensure as soon as possible.

St. Louis Office
Rasmussen Dickey Moore’s St. Louis office seeks an entry-level associate attorney who is ready for hands-on litigation experience. As a growing mid-sized firm servicing diverse clients with sophisticated needs, RDM provides unmatched opportunities for associates to roll up their sleeves and become trial ready litigators.
Candidates must be detail oriented self-starters ready to work in a fast-paced environment with experienced litigators and nationally recognized trial attorneys. Our partners work directly with our associates as mentors to actively develop real world litigation and courtroom skills for young attorneys as well as business development strategies.
As an associate attorney, job duties include but are not limited to:
- Researching cases by interviewing witnesses
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing motions and pleadings
- Reviewing evidence to develop client defenses
- Analyzing pleadings and discovery
- Working as part of a trial team and with partner attorneys
- Developing trial strategy
- Appearing in court for dockets, trials, etc.
- Traveling as required for court appearances and depositions
