On Tuesday, May 16th, 2017, a jury in Jackson County, Missouri, found welding rod manufacturers Hobart Brothers and Lincoln Electric not liable for damages related to asbestos claims. RDM attorneys Kurt Rasmussen and Justin Ijei defended against the claim.
