Attorneys
When you become an attorney at RDM, you’ll work with top-tier litigators and trial attorneys who have decades of experience and deep knowledge of the industries we serve. Our attorneys quickly immerse themselves in litigation, gain experience, and develop their skill sets, scientific knowledge, and industry expertise.
Potential attorney candidates should be prepared to take on a wide array of duties, including researching cases, interviewing witnesses, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions and pleadings, and investigating and developing defenses. Attorneys will appear in court for dockets and trials. Travel may be required for court appearances and depositions. Applicants should be admitted to the bar in Missouri and/or Illinois or be able to acquire licensure as soon as possible.

Associate Attorney
Kansas City, Missouri
Rasmussen Dickey Moore is looking for an associate attorney with 0–5 years of experience in civil litigation to join our firm in Kansas City. The successful applicant will have opportunities for immediate deposition and trial practice experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as part of the larger trial team, manage and prioritize multiple projects, manage a large docket of cases, and display exceptional legal writing and communication skills.

Associate Attorney
Kansas City, Missouri
Rasmussen Dickey Moore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience, specializing in insurance defense and coverage opinions, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, attending depositions and hearings, and handling discovery.
- Provide comprehensive legal opinions on insurance coverage issues, including policy interpretation and coverage analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Associate Attorney (Part-Time/Contract)
Kansas City, Missouri
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Associate Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance defense and toxic tort litigation and be capable of providing high-quality legal services while working in our offices or remotely. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for attorneys seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities
