Martha has practiced law for forty years in Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts. She is experienced in dealing with employment, products liability, construction law, personal injury, professional negligence, contract, and business issues. In addition, Martha is an experienced mediator, having mediated over 100 civil cases. Martha also has extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and associated expense items billed by law firms to identify expenses that appear excessive, duplicative, inadequately documented, or otherwise questionable.

Martha currently focuses her practice on products liability law and asbestos defense litigation in Missouri. Prior to working for Rasmussen Dickey Moore, Martha worked for American International Group (AIG) as a Director of Law Firm Performance. In this position, she evaluated the performance of AIG’s panel law firms and used metrics to find ways to reduce legal spending.

When not working, Martha is a Neighborhood HOA Representative for The Meadows in Valley Ridge, located in Cedar Creek in Olathe, Kansas. Martha is also an active member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Olathe.
